Tony Garcia – President & CEO

A successful entrepreneur and inventor, Tony has over 30 years of electronic product development, manufacturing, and marketing experience. One of the pioneers responsible for creating the fitness entertainment category, Tony co-founded the original Broadcast Vision and brought to market the first FM TV transmitter in 1994, the first wireless Cardio Theater style system in 1996 and the first LCD TV for cardio machines in 1998. In 2001 Tony launched his next venture Exercise, introducing innovative entertainment technologies with such immediate success he attracted an acquisition by ClubCom/Cardio Theater in 2003. Tony then served as a member of the executive management team involved in the acquisition of ClubCom/Cardio Theater by Precor Inc. for $25 million in 2004. Tony launched MYE Technologies in 2005 focused on OEM/ODM services, building a solid patent portfolio and securing long-term patent licenses aligned with MYE product strategies. His vision and drive have made MYE the largest and most trusted fitness entertainment and technology provider for club operators and leading fitness manufacturers.

Marty Wolf – Chief Operating Officer

A senior global operations and product development executive, Marty has experience commercializing products across a wide variety of industries with emphasis in consumer electronics, devices, and wireless accessories. For the past 15 years he has been creating and growing successful emerging technology products and companies. Marty holds several patents and has led the design, creation, and production of many products for globally recognized brands such as Gibson Brands, Blue Microphone, Line 6, TYLT and Beckman Coulter Medical Devices. He has a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management.

Chris Hern – Vice President of Product Development

An electrical engineer and inventor with over 25 years of experience, Chris has been instrumental in the development and production of many innovative products for the commercial pro-audio market. His work experience includes successful companies such as Alesis, Digital Music, Event Electronics, Voodoo Labs and the Decibel Eleven brand owned by MYE, Inc. He holds a BA in Electrical Engineering.

Ron Pace – Vice President of Business Development & Engineering

A recognized product innovator, technology pioneer and senior business leader, Ron has more than 25 years of design and development experience launching world-class, industry-leading hi-tech, wireless and consumer electronics products. Ron has successfully led high-performing product innovation teams at top global organizations, including Motorola Mobile Devices, TOMY, Safety 1st, U.S. Robotics, ASIC Designs, and PaceMark Technologies. He holds a B.S.E.E., Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Frank McDonald – Vice President Product Management & Quality Control

Frank brings over 20 years of leadership and experience in fitness entertainment system development and quality control. Prior to MYE, Frank served as general manager of operations for Broadcast Vision from 1996 to 2005. Frank is responsible for managing multiple aspects of product management and quality control with extensive knowledge in manufacturing, regulatory testing, logistics, technical support, customer service, and product development.

Laura Garcia – Director of Sales

With over 10 years working in bariatric medicine dealing with the causes, prevention, and treatment of obesity, Laura entered the fitness industry in 2001 with the team that launched Enercise, Inc. Laura worked through two acquisitions by Cardio Theater/ClubCom and Precor. During this time Laura managed international distribution, domestic sales, and new business development. As director of sales, Laura manages MYE sales representatives, international dealers, direct key accounts and supports major fitness equipment clients.

Terry Miller – Financial Controller

Terry brings over 30 years of financial management experience in aerospace and other industries including major companies such as Textron and General Electric. Prior to joining MYE, Terry was a financial consultant at Resources Global Professionals, a leading project-consulting firm, where she specialized in accounting and ERP system implementation. Prior to that Terry spent 21 years at Textron, where she held several financial management positions including government accounting, financial planning, pricing and internal audit. Terry holds a B.S. in Accounting from New Hampshire College and is a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program.

Richard Wolpert – Strategic Advisor

A pioneer in the fields of technology, consumer digital media and entertainment, Richard has more than 30 years of experience. As an investor he managed personal investment fund, Chance Technologies, serves as an advisor to Accel Partners, served as a partner at the Yucaipa Companies (1998 to 2000), managing director of the Mail Room Fund (2008 to 2010) and has invested in more than 50 companies, a large percentage of which have had successful exits or continue on as successful companies. From 2000 – 2005 Richard served as chief strategy officer of RealNetworks operating the consumer businesses and grew them, in under two years, from a run rate of under $100M to profitable businesses with a run rate of more than $250M. In addition to his RealNetworks executive responsibilities, Richard was the key deal person on RealNetworks largest transactions including the $761M settlement with Microsoft, a joint venture with three of the world’s largest music labels, and the acquisition of Listen.com/Rhapsody. From 1996 – 1998 Richard served as president of Disney Online, where he was responsible for the company’s business and creative strategy.

Joseph Maguire – Creative Director

For over 15 years Joseph has provided creative direction, and art direction for brands nationally and internationally. Having worked with start-ups to fortune 500 companies, Joseph has provided creative and art direction for brands like: Puma, Heineken, Thomson Reuters, C-Span, JVS-Boston, Inktank (Now Redhat), McInotsh Labs, USHCC, Swirl, Midokura, and Pierce Manufacturing.

Ralph Cissne – Director of Marketing

A marketing, communications and branding specialist with over 35 years of diversified consumer and business-to-business experience, Ralph has created category-leading campaigns across several industries. His introduction to health and fitness began with the launch of StairMaster Sports/Medical Products in 1984. Ralph directed the StairMaster marketing campaign through 1992 when StairMaster became an international phenomenon. His creative team has since developed successful campaigns for fitness industry clients including American Service Finance, Paramount Fitness Corp., MicroFit, Sportsmith and Enercise. Ralph has published countless articles on health and fitness and has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
